# Archive 

The **Archive** environment stores all concluded borrowing requests.

- **How to Archive:** If a document or URL is correct, click the archive icon. The request will move out of the pending requests menu and into the archive.

> **Note:** It is highly recommended to archive all finished requests for statistical tracking and follow-up purposes. Avoid using the trash option unless you explicitly intend to re-order the item.
