# Overview

This section provides an overview of borrowing and lending activity within TALARIA. It allows users to monitor request orders, fulfillment rates, delivery methods, turnaround times, and activity between participating countries.

The statistics can be viewed through several sections, each providing a different perspective on resource-sharing activity. Filters can be used, where available, to focus the results on a specific **year** or **publication type**.

- **Real-Time Statistical Graphs**: Instantly visualize and save trend charts.
- **Exportable Data**: Download detailed data in CSV format with just a click on the Export data panel.
- **General Trends**: Track general trends for borrowing and lending requests covering all operational years of the service.
- **Request Distributions**: View requests broken down by request status and publication type.
- **Request Details**: Analyze borrowing and lending requests aggregated by delivery methods and the reasons for unfulfillment.
- **Fill Rate**: Monitor the fill rate metrics for both borrowing and lending requests.
- **Turnaround Time**: Track request processing times categorized by those managed within a day, within a week, and more than a week, alongside the average turnaround time for borrowing and lending.
- **Country Distribution**: View the distribution of successful requests by country.
- **Filtering Options**: Filter insights flexibly by Year and Publication type.
- **Localization**: The Statistics menu is fully available in English, Arabic, Spanish, Turkish, and Italian.
