# Turnaround Time

This section provides information about how quickly borrowing and lending requests are managed.

### Requests by Processing Time

- Borrowing requests managed within one day, within one week, and in more than one week.
- Lending requests managed within one day, within one week, and in more than one week.

These statistics provide an indication of the speed with which requests are processed.

### Average Turnaround Time

This is the **average turnaround time in days** for borrowing and lending requests.

When a specific year is selected, the chart displays the **monthly trend** for that year, allowing users to compare turnaround times throughout the year.

Users can filter the statistics by year and/or publication type
