Requests by Processing Time #
- Borrowing requests managed within one day, within one week, and in more than one week.
- Lending requests managed within one day, within one week, and in more than one week.
These statistics provide an indication of the speed with which requests are processed.
Average Turnaround Time #
This is the average turnaround time in days for borrowing and lending requests.
When a specific year is selected, the chart displays the monthly trend for that year, allowing users to compare turnaround times throughout the year.
Users can filter the statistics by year and/or publication type
